Celkon, a month after launching the Millennium Ultra Q500 smartphone, has now introduced its A345C handset in the Indian market.
The budget smartphone, priced at Rs. 2,599, is currently listed on an e-commerce website but is not available to buy. Interested customers can however click on the 'Notify Me' option to receive alerts as soon as the handset goes on pre-order or on sale. Also, the smartphone is listed on the company's website.
The dual-SIM Celkon A354C runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box and packs a 3.5-inch HVGA (320x480 pixels) TFT display. The smartphone features a 1GHz Spreadtrum SC6815 processor coupled with 256MB of RAM. A 2-megapixel rear camera along with flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera is also housed on the handset.
The A354C includes 512MB of built-in storage with microSD card support (up to 32GB). On the connectivity front, the smartphone includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and GPRS/ EDGE options. The smartphone features a 1200mAh Li-ion battery rated to deliver up to 14 hours of talk time on regular usage. The smartphone is listed on Homeshop 18.
The company last month launched 2 smartphones, namely Millennium Ultra Q500 and Millennium Glory Q5. Like the aforementioned Celkon A354C, both the handsets also run on Android 4.4 KitKat. Some of the other Android KitKat-based handsets by the company are the Celkon Campus A15K, Signature Two A500, Millennium Elite Q470, Millennium Power Q3000, Millennium Vogue Q455, Campus Mini A350,Millennium Dazzle Q44, and the Campus A35K. The Millennium Ultra Q500 comes priced at Rs. 9,999, while the Millennium Glory Q5 is priced at Rs. 7,299. Both handsets feature 3G connectivity.
